Okay... So, today's Saturday. It's a languishing weekend for me unfortunately. My brother flunked the board exams again, oh well. The results were out on the internet yesterday.

There are just these things that slip off our hands, no matter how careful or hardworking, or determined we are in doing something, and we should really understand that things like that happen. Although we are free to do anything, we can't control everything that happens.

What was written above is a long way of saying shit happens.

I know what Kuya is going through right now. I can feel his sadness from every text message he sends or from every word he speaks when he calls me from the clinic. I know how badly he wanted that license. I know how hard he had worked for trying to pass those examinations.

To hell with that. Kuya will get through this. Its just a single chapter in a hundred-volume book of his life. Like I always say to him: life goes on. He still has us. He still has his girlfriend (or what's left of their relationship; they're on and off once in a while). No matter what happens, we still got his back. We're here to cheer him up in times like this. He needs us and we're here for him.

Well, shit does happen. It's just really up to us how to handle things. The point is, it happens, but not everything that happens is shit. Cheer up, it's not the end of the world.

Fast food trip ako ngayon: It's been three days straight. Araw araw... McDonald's, Jolibee, Burger King, hahaha... Adik. I've been drinking lots of soda these days. Pero here's something new: since nung weekend pa, I've always drank milk before bed, huh, san ka pa? Ung last beer ko was nung Friday pa when I bought my new mug... Hmmmm... So, what if once a week na lang ako mag beer? May nabasa pa naman akong article (which is I think an old one) yesterday claiming that beers prevent prostate cancer, hehehe, so ang hirap gawin nung 'what if' na yun.

Shet, I can smell the beer from my stash right now, as in ngayon. Hahaha... Biglang napunta dun yung topic sa beer. Well I can't drink beer now, papasok pa ako mamaya. :p

Anyway, today is the midterm week, and although 'di ganun kahaba ang school hours dahil puro exams, badtrip parin kasi ayun, kelangan mag aral, pero dahil tamad naman ako, di ako nag aaral. So to cut it short, walang point para mabadtrip. :D

Hahaha... I'm craving for beer talaga... Di bale, mamaya on my way home I'm gonna get some draught beer from the foodcourt. :P

I hate this thingy on the news right now. There's this guy, a hostage taker who held up a bus full of foreigners. We're like goin' back to the Jun Ducat scene three years ago, when he supposedly took the students as well as the teachers of his small daycare center as hostages inside a bus on a field trip... So sad... And Jun Ducat came out alive, nobody was hurt... Senator/Action Star Bong Revilla came to the "rescue"

Wala lang, nagpa-pansin lang si Ducat. Nagpa-bango lang ng pangalan yung pulitiko. Malamang sa malamang halos ganito lang uli mangyayari mamaya...

Situations like these remind me of Hollywood movies about SWAT and other police films that involve high-risk situations where they use their sophisticated equipment to take down these hostage takers and terrorists.

I wish this guy gets shot in the head with a .50cal sniper, right in the face, seriously... Ang saya nun! Yun nga lang ang bano ng pulis natin dito, walang dating... I even heard that this particular hostage taker is a dismissed cop, yuck. I wonder when was he dismissed? Siguro nung nang hostage lang siya kanina... haha.

Anyway, I hope nobody gets hurt except for that hostage taker guy... >:]
He fucks with our tourism, taking foreigners as hostages... Hahaha! And dahil sobrang wala na siyang kwenta, that's enough reason to take this guy down, he'll have a shitty life parin naman either way kung mabubuhay pa siya :)

I hate that hunch I get every Sunday evening. That oooh-Monday-na-bukas feeling, it just sucks...

Especially when that Monday is the start of the midterms week. :(

Actually there was a time in my life, yes, I loathed weekends so badly that I wished everyday's a school day; and that hatred for Saturdays and Sundays ended about ten months ago... (ano nanaman to??)

Anyway, nakaka-BV talaga, to the power of 10... :|

Especially the Friday... Friday was ggggggreat! :)
I mean, umaga pa lang, panalo na: I came to school early for our quiz... (I wasn't late... that was some achievement for me!) The quiz was okay... We all know naman how different school was when we were younger; like, kapag may quizzes nung HS and yung result is below 90% parang ang sarap mag-wala. hahaha! Ngayon iba na... Malagpasan mo lang yung 75 AYOS na... (I got 85 for that quiz btw, hahah! take that!)

Lunch was good... TBoy's student meals fit right into my lonely budget... :D
Did a little mall hopping in search for this week's Beer Mug purchase... It's a new thing I'm into. I collect cheap beer mugs from different stores... Every week I'll buy a different one. :)

Then yung afternoon talaga yung the best... Hahaha! I brought our dslr to nfjpia - ncrc Ambassador of Goodwill 2010 Primer at PUP Manila... My gear was made up of just two lenses: the normal 18-55mm and the cheap zoom lens (55-250mm).
Ayun, ayos yung pageant. My shutter was goin' off the whole afternoon (350+ photos, see some uploaded on my facebook page) until like 7pm. And the ladies in the pageant, especially the U.P. girl made me drool while taking pictures, hahhaha! Panalo!

Had dinner at a fast food. Ate a serving of their sweet spaghetti and two hotdog sandwiches and some fries, hahaha! Nakaka gutom kaya kumuha ng picture for like 3 hours yata? Akalain mo un, not just one, but TWO hotdogs. (Gustong magkaron ng colon cancer? they say hotdogs are full of sodium nitrate... I DONT GIVE A FUCK, hahaha!)

Then I got home and checked the pictures I've taken... And upon browsing those pictures, BIG smile, yeah... big smile for me! That is one gorgeous chic! *the U.P. girl
While uploading the photos I took my new mug and tested it... (LOL, tested it?) :D

Hmmm... Kung nakita ako ni mama drinking beer last night, sasabihan niya ako: "Dudan, beer nanaman yan!"
Sasagot na lang ako: Ma, tine-test ko lang yung mug, isasauli ko pag di gumana, eto resibo o.
LOL... Good thing they were all asleep.

Last night's beer was Coors Light, un na lang nsa beer stash ko eh... I'm missing Heineken na and Budweiser... Budget-wise kasi Pale Pilsen, Coors Light, and Super Dry for my beer stash eh.

weee... I hope next week will be as good as this. :)

Pero badtrip eh, sa ibang bansa showing na yung Eat Pray Love; yung The Other Guys, BADTRIP... haay... I won't be seeing a movie this week... Hmm... Dalawang Heineken din pala yung katumbas nung movie ticket; make it three kasama yung costs ng food ko when watching movies. Yay! :)

The only thing that ain't good that Friday was yung picture ko with Miss UP... FAIL... :'(
Si Ronald kasi yung humawak ng camera, eh naka-manual shooting mode, kaya ayun.. wahh... Nkaka hiya nga eh and dami namin nagpa picture sknya. Fans eh. :p

I really hope the coming 20's of August will be good for me. :)

I never thought my August 18 would that be freaky...
Erm, after I attended my classes that Wednesday morning I went to the mall to watch The Expendables (FAIL sila kuya, last time Salt daw yung papanuorin, di natuloy; last week Expendables daw on the first day of screening, wala rin, grrr...) I think the movie is overrated... It wasn't that good as its trailer, considering the hype that it made from the trailer; but there were some scenes that were admittedly pretty good though...

Later that night my friends and I decided to drink the night off. We went to this bar in Tomas Morato and drank a lot of Red Horse beers... Dati trip na trip ko Red Horse, pero shet, sagad na yung 4 bottles of Stallion for me... Nasanay kasi ako sa ibang beers na mas magaan yung tama: the draft beer they sell on the foodcourt, and other 5% abv pale beers like Heineken and San Mig Pale when I see movies...

After the beer session we went to a club right next to my friend's condo. 'twas my first time to actually be in a club and dance and get high with the beat. Then there was this girl next to me, I initiated the conversation, and guess what... Her name's CJ... I was like "WTF you're name's CJ?" I immediately asked her what's CJ for, hahaha... Well hindi niya kapangalan si (xxxxxx) ahahaha... Then yun... We talked to a while; I always ask her in English (siyempre, mayabang tayo eh), she replies in Taglish... (I liked the part in the talking when you can't actually hear each other because of the loud music, you stick your ear to her mouth and she does the same to you, haha... then I felt her smelling on my neck and cheeks and it was pretty nostalgic, nyahahahahahah!) ; actually we talked about school... hahah... tang ina, yung course nya is Dentistry din, kaso from a different school, and she's a year behind (xxxxx), but she's of the same age... Badtrip... I sat na lang with a beer kasi someone was runnin on my mind, and that someone definitely took out my momentum last night. I was actually aiming to score on some girl last night... Bad timing... Well, I think everything just happens for a reason. Let's just try again at some other time, hahaha... And what I want next time is to go out with my bros, seriously, dapat manlibre si kuya...

I was wondering, since its kinda dim inside a club, there's always that possibility that when you're hitting, or you're about to score on some lady, you're actually goin for a lad... Kasi yung ibang chics mapapa-isip ka na baka bakla yun. Tang ina, I saw a pair kasi last night, they're smooching, I wasn't really watching them, pero after a while nakita ko iniwan siya nung guy... The supposed 'girl' was pretty cute... Pero if you look closely, at kung ikukumpara sa mga nakita mo nang gay cross dressers, you'll see a similarities... :) Haay, ewan... Kadiri... hahaha.

Well ngayon, morning na... Walang pasok kasi Quezon City Day daw... I really had fun with my friends last night, it's like my first time going out with that certain group of friends...

And ngayon, may hang over pa rin ako: PERO not last night's hangover....

Been bored at school... No classes for today kasi meeting de avance ng mga partido for Student Council Elections. All their shit are heard every August, nakakasawa na... It wont do me any good for hangin out long at school... Kaya ayun...

Pero bago ako manood ng film, I took the time to visit the Monastery of St. Claire *sa katipunan, mlapit sa school. Daming tao kanina... Feast day niya kasi. Imagine if her feast day fell on a weekend like kung Sabado... Siguro super ma-lalate ako sa school dahil sa traffic, hehe. Ayun, me with two friends went there... We were hoping to hear mass pero as we arrived mukhang walang mass in the next few minutes, so yun... We prayed na lang, kasi I'm about to go na rin...

Sakto, pag dating ko sa mall, kahit wala akong ka malay-malay for today's movie schedule, I arrived 15 minutes before a screening time of Grown Ups... Ayun... I was thinkin about getting the usual beer and chips (comedy film + beer means I'll be LOL'ing at every line in this Adam Sandler movie), pero I decided to go with the 2 Whoppers + Large Fries + Large Coke, kasi I haven't had lunch that time... I always skip meals, hahaha... Pero this time I've been workin on the Org's office the whole morning kasi...

Ayos yung film, super... haha! Panalo ung cast... Galing talaga ng Happy Madison. One scene there, in a funeral: "Ave Maria," the song with German lyrics, was sung by Rob Schneider with a stupid look on his face... what the fuck, I was laughing soo hard... and I'm pretty aware of the right German lines from the song, but Rob sang it with different words, I think he used Spanish, WTH, it was frickin hilarious
Worst part is, I've choked on my sandwich a couple of times, kasi I was laughing hard (you see, I was consuming a pair of Whoppers, I got the food stuck on my throat not just once, and pati sa fries nabilaukan din ako...) LOL

Well, today was really fun... :)

Hopefully on Friday or Saturday I'm gonna see The Expendables with my brother... Libre! :D
I don't wanna think about my quiz on Applied Auditing on Saturday... Study or not, either way I'll still screw it up... nyahahahah! salbahe! :D

Been a busy week... Today's Monday again... :|

Let's see... Uhmm... This week, despite my past thoughts on cutting short the movie trips I've been doin, I've been plannin to do a movie marathon this Friday. WTF..

Expendables and Grown Ups... Both seem to be nice films. :D

Argghh... I hate school works... Can't go for 72 hours without sleep... But I'm six hours away from it.
Besides, laziness is starting to kick in... Good thing my professor this morning won't be around...
